This service is available "as is." We do not make any representations nor do warrant that this service will be uninterrupted or error free. There could possibly be delays, omissions interruptions and possible inaccuracies in the news and the information that we provide that is beyond our control.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason at any time.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of all stories before publication.
Occasionally, due to the pressures of producing a 24-hour live news service, mistakes may occur.
If you think we have published an inaccurate story, please e-mail us at corrections -at- nationalledger -dot- com.
We promise to consider your complaint, correct the story if necessary, and aim to reply to you within 48 hours.
If we have made a mistake, we will admit it. If appropriate, we will highlight the action taken on a special page.

Please also note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
