Police claim that Victoria Lindsay was beaten by at least six of her classmates while two others stood watch so the assault could continue and it was all caught on videotape and has now made it on mainstream news programs after making its debut on the World Wide Web. The result has been the arrests of the eight suspects in the beatings and now Victoria Lindsay will be yanked from the public school system and taught at home her mother said in an interview.
"How can she go back and be victimized, because she's going to hear the talk," her mother Talisa Lindsay said in an interview that aired on NBC. "Right now she still has a lot of bruising to her face. How can she go back and feel all that humiliation again?" *** How brutal was the assault? When Lindsay first entered the home she was allegedly trapped in a room and then given a beat down and at one point her head hit the wall and she was knocked out and completely unconscious. But that wasn't enough, once she came to she was taken to another room and beaten again and again. It was all captured on tape. In all, eight were arrested and Brenda Davis has a link to the video here that shows the beating and another photo of her getting pummeled by one of the girls. The display was disgusting and the article also notes that one of the alleged attackers mother even tried to excuse it. *** She appeared on the NBC Today show and looked and sounded foolish. A link to that is here as well. How sad are these alleged criminals? The report notes that some of the girls laughed and joked when they were arrested and asked the police of they would be out in time to make it to cheerleader practice. Others wondered if their detention would be so long it would keep them from going to the beach.
