Was it Sarah Fisher or Rush Limbaugh? Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton desperately needed a save in Indiana and she received a boost from Indy Car driver Sarah Fisher. According to a USA Today report Clinton visited the Indianapolis Motor Speedway garage of driver Sarah Fisher on Tuesday as she awaited results from her own race in Indiana's primary.

Clinton would later squeak pout a two-point victory in the state. Fisher had endorsed Clinton earlier and she was on hand in the Hoosier state to support Clinton and try and give her struggling campaign a boost. Helping that out was conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh.

Some in the Obama camp blame Rush Limbaugh for the narrow Barack Obama loss to Hillary Clinton on Tuesday. Obama had a huge win in North Carolina and a win in Indiana could have forced Hillary Clinton to finally give up and bow out of the race. But once again Obama could not seal the deal. Hillary has vowed to stay in the race.
According to NewsMax, the Obama campaign sent an e-mail to reporters Tuesday night asserting that 7 percent of the votes in Indiana could be attributed to the “Limbaugh effect.” Clinton won the primary by about two percentage points — 23,000 votes out of 1.2 million cast.
