Did you try and go to Disneyland on Sunday to get away and enjoy the weekend? Celebrities were everywhere around the park, sans Rick Astley, and more than 5,000 guests (many of whom paid $250) partied with the Hannah Montana singer at the Anaheim, Calif., theme park, which was shut down for the day, reports Us Weekly magazine.

So why do we mention Astley? He is up for the "Best Act Ever" award from MTV. No kidding, right besides acts like the lesbian kissing pals of Madonna (Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera) is our man Rick. Here's hoping he wins. Back to the over the top Hannah Montana bash at Disneyland, stars littered the park.

The weekly entertainment magazine reports that the bash also included a fireworks display above Sleeping Beauty Castle and 16 giant inflatable candles and a purple carpet as purple is Cyrus' favorite color. It will be interesting to see if we see more racy photos from Miley.

The park's main attractions -- Big Thunder Mountain and Pirates of the Caribbean -- remained open for partygoers, who included Cyrus' boyfriend Justin Gaston, American Idol's David Archuleta, Jennie Garth, Steve Carell, Cindy Crawford, Tyra Banks and Jennifer Love Hewitt, the Associated Press reports.
