Paris Hilton has gone from playing with fake president Martin Sheen to kinking up London in a vampy outfit. is it Halloween yet? The one time home video star has made an impact on the presidential race this season with more professionally made videos this election season and the latest was with one time 'West Wing' prez Martin Sheen.

For this act across the pond in the UK, Hilton went with a wild look, wearing tight silver leggings and low cut black tank top and jacket. She also went a bit vampy with some bright red lipstick as she played to the crowd at the Diesel 30th anniversary party held at the O2 arena in London, England.

The UK Daily Mail has more of the vampy pictures of Hilton and a possible new BFF (The Nicole Richie replacment) here. Hilton's latest skit for the political season employs not only Martin, but son Charlie Sheen as well. (He pops in to cast a fake vote for Hilton).

Hilton sounds as plausible as some of America's politicians with this quote, "This is the biggest depression since The Notebook,” she says of the 2004 tear-jerker film, adding that the government should “lower inflated interest rates so it's not impossible for (people) to pay their mortgage."
