Tonight Show host Conan O'Brien falls for Teri Hatcher - and suffers a concussion. The Desperate Housewives star tended to O'Brien after he fell during a race with the actress and suffered a painful injury that left him in a stupor.

Conan relived the painful moment that landed him in the emergency room on last night's show.

O'Brien had been filming a mock race between himself and Hatcher when he fell and suffered a head injury on Friday. U.S. network NBC was forced to air a rerun as O'Brien was rushed by ambulance to the hospital.

Conan last night played the unseen clip where he is seen slipping, falling backwards and cracking the back of his head on the hard studio floor.

Hatcher can be seen laughing at the fall before seeing an action replay of the slip and urging him to go to hospital. During his opening monologue, O'Brien said that his concussion received so much coverage, he was planning a second accident with one of Hatcher's co-stars.

He joked: "Tune in tomorrow when Eva Longoria pushes me down an elevator shaft," In a later interview with Drew Barrymore, the actress even presented him with a skating helmet to prevent further injury.
