One - The State of Columbia reported Monday that former Miss Teen South Carolina Caitlin Upton will be featured in a commercial for Wonderful Pistachios. She is the girl that had a confused and somewhat mangled pageant response that was a YouTube video hit. More here at NBC Augista.

Two - Beauty queen Carrie Prejean owes $5,200 for breast implants floated by pageant organizers in January, according to a newly filed lawsuit. Prejean's lawyer said the pageant filing was part of an "ongoing smear campaign" against her.

CNN has more on the latest here and adds, "The group also asked a judge to give them any profits from Prejean's tell-all book due out next month, which they claim was written in violation of her pageant contract.
