Supermodel Claudia Schiffer said she was "so shy" when she was younger and only got confidence from being in front of the camera. Claudia, 39, is one of the world's most successful supermodels and recently shot a campaign for D&G's new perfume range along with Naomi Campbell and Eva Herzigova. She began modeling when she was spotted in a club in her native Germany when she was 17 years old.
Claudia said to the UK's The Independent Magazine that she was "so shy" that she would "blush bright red if I ever saw anyone looking at me in the mirror". However, she added: "It was only once I was in front of the camera that I would cross the line and become sexy. When I'm on a photoshoot, I'm not shy at all. "I take my clothes off and strike very sexy poses."
