A buxom blonde Dallas Cowboys cheerleader is in hot water for dressing as Lil Wayne, the soon to be jailed rap artist at a costume party. Whitney Isleib, a sexy white cheerleader dropped her cheerleader outfit for some "Trick-or-Treat" blackface and added a hat and some dreadlocks. CBS News asks, "Offensive or just plain fun?"
