Sports Fix! Steve McNair, Jr. is sticking close to home. The star wide receiver from Oak Grove High School has chosen Southern Miss as his college. More sports...cheerleader Whitney Isleib of the famed Dallas Cowboys cheer squad got into trouble last week with a blackface costume for Halloween where she dressed as troubled rapper Lil Wayne.

Fans were furious, but not at the hot blonde halter top wearing beauty, they are mad at the media. Both stories follow.

One - She's blonde with big blue eyes and all of the physical features one usually looks for to stand on the sideline and cheer for the Dallas Cowboys, but Whitney Isleib caught a lot of heat for her blackface costume she chose for a Halloween costume party. Now Jeff Mosier, a reporter for the Dallas News says he is catching grief for even bringing it up. Follow here.

Two - A good report for the Steve McNair family, "Dandy Dozen wide receiver Steve McNair, Jr, the 6-foot, 190-pound McNair verbally committed on Wednesday to sign a football scholarship with Southern Miss, about 10 miles from Oak Grove, reports "The Clarion Ledger".
