The Jonas Brothers are set to return for another series of their show Jonas as the Disney Channel order a second season. The three brothers, Nick, Joe and Kevin, were reportedly called by Disney Channels Worldwide entertainment president Gary Marsh to give them the news.

The boys are currently in Italy as part of the European leg of their world concert tour. It is claimed that production will begin on Season 2 of the series in February, and it will premiere in the middle of next year.

Marsh said: "These guys are the superstars of their generation. We had the opportunity to extend our relationship with them, which we did."

Their comedy series has been winning the ratings battle on its Sunday night slot and has had an average of 3.4 million viewers.
