Shaq & Shaunie O'Neal have split and she has filed for divorce in Los Angeles.  The Cleveland Cavaliers center would stand to lose a whole lot more of his fortune if the divorce is granted in California, some experts have speculated.  While Shaq and Shaunie have only just begun division of the marital assets (photos and more here) in their possible divorce, another sports split has a bit of strife in the Sunshine State.

Greg Norman’s ex-wife has accused the golfer of short-changing her on settlement payments as their bitter divorce returns to the Florida courts with no love lost. As if his recent separation from current wife Chris Evert wasn’t enough, the Great White Shark’s acrimonious split has now come back to haunt him again.

The high-profile divorce had begun relatively smoothly when Norman and Laura Andrassy announced it in 2006 after 25 years of marriage. But soon after the golfer began to openly date Evert, things turned ugly. At one stage it seemed the tennis star, who had lived near the couple, would be dragged in for a potentially embarrassing deposition. The complex divorce was eventually settled last year, with Andrassy due to receive a total of $105 million.

Norman married Evert in a sunset wedding in the Bahamas in 2008 but in October they announced their split after just 15 months – with Andrassy calling it a case of “puppy love”.

Now she has added insult to injury by going to the courts in Florida to seek $66,500 she says is missing from a wire transfer in June. According to papers filed by her team, she was supposed to receive a total of $2 million as part of payments that, by 2023, will have landed her the grand total of $104 million. Norman’s team, meanwhile, have accused the former air stewardess of trying to sully his name by going public rather than through their pre-agreed arrangements.
