David Beckham is reportedly a secret smoker, who loves to smoke Cuban cigars. It has been revealed that the 34-year-old star, who was recently pictured with an asthma inhaler, enjoys smoking the luxury hand-rolled cigars, but that his wife Victoria, 35, bans him from lighting up indoors at their LA mansion.

A friend of Beckham said: "He loves the taste. I think he likes the image too. Lots of Hollywood stars smoke them." The pal added: "It's strange to see such an athlete as Becks smoking. But he doesn't have any other vices. "Of course, he only smokes the best – they're usually $50-a-pop Cohibas."

More celebrity news...Talkshow host Chelsea Handler has called recent guest Katie Price 'incredibly stupid'. Price, 31, recently appeared on Handler's show Chelsea Lately and she was given a tough time by the host. She appeared on the show before heading off for her second stint on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.

During the show, Price talked about how 'mad' she was, as well as discussing the vast amount of plastic surgery she has had. Handler, 34, then hit out at her and said: "You can go live with your horses and your kids and get Botox - I don't give a s***!"

Speaking in Australia, Handler has had another go at the model: "We had Katie Price on and I didn't know she was equivalent of our Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton or that kind of person. She was incredibly stupid so that was very entertaining for me. "I try to treat the people who deserve respect with respect. The ones who don't really don't know any difference anyway."
