WWE Releases Torrie Wilson

World Wrestling Entertainment announced this afternoon it had come to terms on the release of the Boise-born bootylicious busty blonde bodacious bombshell Torrie Wilson. In a rather low key announcement posted on WWE's website, the company wished Torrie the best in all her future endeavors.The former champion fitness model has been grappling with severe back problems for several months now.

On December 28th of last year, Wrestling News Desk.com posted a story that predicted this might happen.  At the time, Torrie told her fans she was hoping to return to the ring. In the meantime, the ex-Mrs. Billy Kidman now resides near Houston, Texas with new boyfriend Nick Mitchell (formerly of the WWE Spirit Squad, now happily no longer with WWE but living with the buxom Ms. Wilson), and they have opened up a clothing line and store named "Jaded."

Wilson joined WWE in 2001 as part of Vince McMahon's pennies-on-the-dollar purchase of World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and AOL Time Warner. Long time McMahon foe Ted Turner was already out of power, retaining a Vice Chairman position in title only. Torrie's entrance into WWE came at the same time of Stacy Keibler, who has since departed WWE on bad terms. The two were scripted into a storyline rivalry with WWE headliners Amy "Lita" Dumas (who left WWE 2 years ago) and Trish Stratus, who retired after getting married.
 
The current crop of WWE Divas includes former fetish model and Go Daddy Super Bowl sex kitten Candice Michelle, former nude model Mickie James, alleged former high priced escort Ashley Massaro, and the athletic Beth Phoenix.
