While Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson issue denials through a spokesperson that published reports of their failed marriage are not true, the tabloids just keep digging. This time the Star issues an item that involves an Ohio State University student named Danielle Calo.
Star Magazine's Oct. 17 issue gives a report on how the brunette beauty agreed to meet Lachey in his hotel room in Columbus, where ESPN had sent "College Gameday" correspondent Lachey for the

Buckeyes' game with Texas.
He then told her she was "really hot" before making a move on her, Contact Music UK reports.
"He was a really good kisser, soft and gentle even though he was using his tongue to French kiss me," the co-ed says. "His eyes are so beautiful, too, and he kept staring at me, just like at the football game."
Oh my.
"We kissed for a long time; Nick would occasionally rub my thigh very lightly. I knew the opportunity to do more was there, but a part of me kept thinking that he's very married, so I was uncomfortable about doing anything else - and I told him so.
"From that point on, Nick never forced anything, and we never went into his bedroom. He called me briefly on Saturday, but nothing came of it. We haven't spoken since."
So--if this actually happened - is it cheating? Calo believes so.
She reportedly tells the Star, "I do consider what happened cheating -- you always hear that Nick and Jessica are not together, but pursuing another woman while you're married is cheating. And I felt guilty kissing him. I wouldn't want my husband kissing other women. I feel badly [sic] if Jessica is in the dark -- but I don't think she is.''
A representative for Lachey insists, "This story is completely untrue."
The publication claims to have put Calo through a polygraph test - which she passed.
