Britney Spears Boots Kevin Federline Out of Malibu Mansion

Reports are piling in from tabloid sources and gossips that Britney Spears has booted Kevin Federline out of their LA area mansion to get some breathing room and send a message. 

Specifically, Life & Style cites an October 22 "tearful argument where the pop tart had finally had enough and told Kevin to "get out."

"Brit's had all she can stand of the problems with Kevin, says a Brit insider cited by Life & Style.  "She needs a rest from the war.

The magazine goes on to dish that Brit is fed up with Kevin's flirtatious ways, his constant partying and going out with his friends and the fact that he leaves her home to raise baby Sean Preston alone. 

The final straw, reports the tabloid, was an October 19 night out at LA Club Mood.

There's no divorce plan of yet - the plan according to the report is to give the couple some "breathing room" to "sort out their problems." 

But it's now clear that Brit is in charge and she immediately split LA for Louisiana to get time away from her wild hubby.
