The reports and claims that former Carolina Panthers cheerleaders Renee Thomas and Angela Keathley were caught having lesbian sex with each other in a bar bathroom stall is now being denied by one of the cheerleaders.

That's in direct contradiction from police spokesperson Laura McElroy where she cited a witness that stated, "It was clearly visible that they were involved in sexual activity in the stalls of one of the bathrooms at this bar."
20-year old blonde beauty Renee Thomas has issued a statement of denial through her attorney, Peter Anderson:
"This was an unfortunate incident which has generated numerous rumors and inaccurate facts," attorney Peter Anderson wrote.
"Miss Thomas denies all allegations of any sexual conduct."
He also said that his client wanted to apologize "to everyone affected by the incident."
While the alleged lesbian sex made this story such a hot news and gossip item, the cheerleaders were not arrested on any kind of sex charges or indecency charges.
Tampa police spokeswoman Laura McElroy said Tuesday the allegations of sexual conduct "have nothing to do with the charges," McElroy said.
"The charge is that she (Thomas) punched someone in the face and then she chose to give police a fake ID," McElroy said. Keathley was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Pictures of the Carolina Panthers cheerleaders leaving the jail clearly showed that the blonde was Renee Thomas and not Kristen Owen, the ID she allegedly used to gain entrance to the bar, and allegedly the ID she presented to police.
Angela Keathley has yet to release a statement.
