Britney Spears Hires Divorce Lawyer?

Britney Spears and hubby Kevin Federline's much publicized marriage woes may be worse than reported if a report from Australia is accurate.  According to a report in Softpedia a close friend of the pop tart has dished to Australia's NW Mgazine:

“Britney's already seen the divorce lawyer. As it stands, the divorce papers are written up and all she has to do is give the word and they'll be filed in the courthouse."

Softpedia continues to quote the Aussie tabloid:

"She doesn't want to divorce Kevin, but if that's the best thing for her child and for her own sanity, that's exactly what she'll do."

Dancer Federline is having a tough week. 

He reportedly was seen falling from a podium in trendy Los Angeles nightspot The Spider Club after pulling what one observer called, "one too many enthusiastic dance moves."

His hand is reportedly bandaged.

This report from down under is just now getting some low-level play, so it will be interesting to see if it is challenged by publicists.
