Newlywed actress Sandra Bullock just finished shutting down pregnancy rumors just last month.  Now the striking brunette is said to be spicing up the love life a bit with new hubby "Monster Garage" star Jesse James by dabbling in a little naked "Twister."

Sources say Sandra giggled to gal-pals over lunch that even though she pulled a back muscle in a recent game, it's always fun — plus you and your guy both end up winners.
