He's spent time on Oprah's couch and Jay Leno's couch. But he's been leaping on them - not laying on them.
He's been embroiled in a feud with Brooke Shields, and the striking actress has joked on ABC's morning gal gab fest 'The View" that Tom needs to be put in a straight jacket.
He dumped his long-time publicist, hired his sister and has now dumped her as well.
But the real question on TomKat fans minds is - when is he going to make an honest woman out of Katie Holmes?
It apparently will be after the baby is born as word has leaked out of the October taped interview that Tom reveals that he and Katie have yet to set a wedding date, but he said it would likely come after their baby is born, according to People magazine.
"We are gonna get married next summer or early fall," Tom told Walters. "We don’t have a date set yet."
Cruise also says that he doesn't know if the baby is a boy or girl.
