Gossips tongues were wagging and e-mails and text messages flowed in with the breathless news that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were set to get married on Friday at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Sarasota, Florida.

The Internet grabbed the rumors and ran.
Perez Hilton did the legwork even at one point reporting that the wedding was taking place at 5:20 pm. It appears it was all a radio station gag.
The white hot couple weren't even together on Friday.
Pitt was scheduled in New York on Friday and Angie is reportedly in Los Angeles.
