Jessica Simpson turned a lot of heads at her only real public appearance in the aftermath of the separation with hubby Nick Lachey. And a lot of the attention on the stunning blonde beauty was pointed straight at what appears to be a new pout.

| What's up with those lips? |
Or more specifically, those lips.
Paparazzi pictures already has Jessica's fans buzzing wondering if she had work done on her lips as they seemed much puffier than before.
And not in a good way.
"In Touch Weekly" asks 'What's Up with Jessica's Lips" inside its pages and 'The Star' used it cover to ask 'Did Jessica Get Plastic Surgery?"
The mag notes the star's rep has denied "she's cosmetically enhanced her kisser," but grabbed some plastic surgeons (who of course haven't treated Jess) to give the skinny - or the plump.
Star:
"There is a marked difference in the size and shape of her lips that is likely the result of an injectable filler," says NYC-based plastic surgeon Dr. Douglas M. Senderoff, after viewing before and after photos. He suspects she's plumped her pucker with Restylane, a filler that lasts longer and gives a more natural result than collagen. The effects will last about three months.
"They look really swollen," agrees NYC plastic surgeon Dr. Robert Vitolo. "When you first do lip augmentation, the injections cause the lips to get swollen, especially when you inject a lot." He says the swelling should diminish in a week to 10 days.

Even Joanna of the Jessica fan site 'Sweet Kisses' noted the change saying, "But why? She had perfect lips."
She's right. Thge girl's smile and lips were great - if she did do something - hopefully it can be undone.
