Jessica Simpson Divorce Story For Sale: $300,000?

Nick Lachey is reportedly shopping his version of the impending divorce with wife Jessica Simpson for a cool three hundred grand according to a report in the NY Post.  Page Six digs and finds that the offer allegedly comes from OK! Magazine.

$300K FOR DIVORCE STORY?
$300K FOR DIVORCE STORY?

Well - they do have that cash left over from losing Britney Spears baby pictures to People Magazine.

The skinny according to the gossip column:

Spies say Lachey's pal A.J. DiScala — who got dumped by his client/wife, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, after she reportedly caught him cheating — has approached the mag on behalf of the pop singer. Another venture that Lachey and DiScala are said to be in on together is as investors in the skeevy new club Pacha where scantily clad women writhe in a shower.

Wait a minute writhe?

Continuing…

This has lead some to speculate that DiScala is co-managing Lachey along with his brother Drew. Our spy added: "[Lachey] wants to keep it quiet. But it's genius — it's like Donald Trump owning a modeling agency!" A rep for the club said: "We don't disclose our investors."

Cue the reps for denials:

Shawn Sachs, who is acting as a rep for Lachey said, "Drew Lachey — Nick's manager — has not spoken to OK! magazine about any interview deal. Any report to the contrary is false. A.J. is Nick's good friend. And Nick is not involved in Pacha." DiScala also denies any involvement with Lachey.

We shall see, Page Six speculates.

One note, three hundred grand is a lot of money - but seems a little light unless the story is very bland.  If there is any type of blockbuster allegations I'm guessing a million or more would be in order.

Simpson reportedly received $850,000 for two corporate concerts in Cincinnati earlier this month.  Nick is already entitled to half that.

But - in the words of Page Six - we shall indeed see.
