A published report says that anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan will be in attendance for tonight's 'State of the Union' address by President Bush.

The anti-war activist who once said that 'America is not worth dying for' apparently was given a pass by Bay Area Congresswoman Lynn Woosley.

A Bay area TV station reports that "Sheehan was in Washington to protest the president during his national address, but then came word she was invited to see the speech live."

A spokesman for Sheehan says she decided to accept the invitation two hours prior to the speech. The spokesman also said that Sheehan will be respectful and listen to the address because she is a guest of a member of congress.

Sheehan reportedly gave this wild accusation earlier this week in DC:

“George Bush’s presidency is illegitimate! He was elected by the Supreme Court [in 2000]. And, even if we believe he won in 2004, (laughter from the audience), there were many [incidents of] election irregularities, voter manipulation, voter fraud and voter suppression. I suggest changing the discourse [for today’s agenda] from impeachment to eviction. He’s a tenant destroying our house, a squatter.

And number two,” Sheehan continued, “when Bush abrogated to himself the [war-making] powers of the U.S. Congress to invade Iraq, I believe that was unconstitutional.  We also shouldn’t support any member of the Congress, who let their [war-making] responsibilities be abrogated by Bush.”

And now the friend of America's enemies will sit in the gallery at the 'State of the Union,' at the wishes of the Democratic Party.

And they wonder why they keep losing elections.

Update I: NBC is reporting that Cindy Sheehan was arrested and is not attending the speech.

Details to follow.
