Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have made their journey through Europe and most of the time, the couple appeared happy, even allowing their first PDA to be photographed.  But behind the scenes, it appears that Angie is struggling with her pregnancy and at times breaking down in tears, according to a report.

Life & Style Weekly is set to report that Angie's fully aware that she hasn't been her usual confident self lately and a source quoted by the weekly magazine admits she's getting nervous about the delivery of her child.

“The pregnancy is taking its toll on Angie in a big way,” says a friend of Brad’s. “She’s been having major mood swings. She puts on her happy face when she’s out in public, but behind closed doors, Brad told me she’s a weeping mess"

"She breaks down into tears, sometimes as often as three times a day."

"She admits she's getting nervous about the delivery," says her pal. "For the first time in her life, she doesn¹t feel in total control of what¹s happening. It's all new andexciting, of course, but frightening, too."

But the report details that Brad is helping her to get through it all, promising he'll be in the delivery room with her, holding her hand.  Even so - it appears the stress is taking its toll.

He’s never seen this side of Angie before,” says the friend. “It’s scaring him – and stressing out both of them.”
