Angelina Jolie has always led a lifestyle that many felt was shocking, and now the very pregnant mom-to-be will likely do the same when she gives birth to her first child.

Angie to give birth in Africa?

Her plan is to give birth to the baby in Africa.

'In Touch Weekly' will report in this week's edition that despite some pretty serious reservations from boyfriend and father of the child Brad Pitt, Angelina is "not (afraid) to go through childbirth" on the Dark Continent, an insider tells the magazine.

The magazine cites an Angelina friend that says Jolie "wants all of her children to have a certain kinship," and as Maddox and Baby Zahara are third world babies, she wishes her biological child to be born in a third world country as well.

'In Touch' notes that her friends and family do not feel the same way, and Brad has his doubts as Jolie not only had a few health scares early in the pregnancy, but recently complained of stomach cramps on the family's very extended stay in Europe.

The couple have hospital rooms booked in Los Angeles and in Paris as well and one would believe that all of those close to the puffy-lipped mom-to-be will be trying to talk her into a more conventional birth in an actual hospital.

But according to the report - if Angie gets her way - Brad is insisting that a doctor accompany them to Africa in case there are any complications.
