While Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are now off again to Germany, a report says that the sultry pregnant mom to be had a bit of a pregnancy scare and had to spend the last weekend in bed, a published report claims.

Us Weekly reports that while she may look like Supermom - the puffy-lipped momma succumbed to a pretty nasty bug during the last weekend in February.

It was bad enough that a doctor was called and paid a house call to tend to Jolie and check to make certain all was well as the family was planning yet another trip.
"Angelina has been ill," a source in Paris tells the tabloid. "She (was so ill) she spent all weekend in bed."
While any type of illness like this is a scare when one is six or seven months preggers - it apparently isn't serious.
"She just needed a few days rest," the source revealed.

She is now rested and traveling again with Brad, Zahara and Maddox.
