Paris Hilton is on the prowl after ditching Greek beau of five months, Stavros Niarchos, according to a published report.  And the dog-toting socialite is moving on with a vengeance reports Life & Style weekly, even seeking out future NFL QB Matt Leinart.

The magazine details Paris search for digits at the launch party for EA games’ The Godfather, the Game on March 15 in LA.'

The report says that first Paris was eagerly asking around about whether Olympic skiing hottie Jeremy Bloom, 24, would be attending - claiming a “friend” of hers was interested. (Pals say it’s Paris who has the crush.) But when Jeremy failed to show, Paris, 25, made a beeline for club Mood, where she held hands with actor Simon Rex, 31 - before ditching him to score the digits of USC quarterback Matt Leinart, 22.

Can't wait to see Paris at an NFL game next year if that works out.

More Paris on the prowl.

L&S notes - that’s not all. A week earlier, Paris had been spotted at LA nightspot Privilege bumping and grinding on the dance floor with The O.C.’s Benjamin McKenzie, 27. “She was desperately hanging on to him the whole night,” says an eyewitness.

Her persistence paid off:

An insider says that by the end of the night, the flirty pair had exchanged numbers. Says the insider, “They seemed really friendly as they said goodbye.”

Let's hope she doesn't lose this blackberry full of these new numbers.
