Nearly every report that comes out on the fabulous Katie Holmes details that the actress and very pregnant mom to be is under a great deal of stress as she prepares for the birth of her first child.

She's so stressed that one report in this week's Life & Style says that Katie may give birth without boyfriend Tom Cruise present.

An insider tells the magazine that Katie’s so worried about how she’ll hold up under pressure, she plans to kick Tom out during the delivery!
"She’s told friends that when the birth is near, she wants Tom to leave and the medical people to get on with it," says the insider. "She’d like Tom to see the baby when it’s cleaned up and placed in her arms, like it happened in the old days."
Cue the rep: Tom’s rep denies the story.

"She’s very nervous about it all," says an insider. "All the talk about ‘silent birthing’ has made her very unsure of herself. She’s not certain she can live up to expectations."
Who can blame her?
Her Catholic parents would prefer that she have the baby in Ohio, but it appears that she will give birth in LA. And other insiders have revealed that Katie has agreed to Tom’s request that she give birth at his Beverly Hills compound.
