Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie may have more to worry about than just her health as she prepares to give birth.  Another report claims that their adopted baby, Zahara, is suffering from an illness and both are reportedly worried about what to do about the sick baby.

The illness is a mystery - and Brad wants to fly the baby back to the United States to get the child treatment while Jolie wants he and the child to remain in Africa reports Life & Style.

The Hollywood couple are holed up in the posh Burning Shore Lodge in Namibia, Africa waiting for the birth and this should be a glorious time for the pair.  But the another report from Sean Hamilton of the UK Sun echoes the L&S report and the claims all is not rosy.

The couple are arguing over exactly what to do - and how to best get treatment.

The stars have fallen out over how best to treat 16-month-old Zahara. The stricken tot has stopped sleeping properly, cries frequently and screams when put on her back.

Brad, 42, wants to take her to America for treatment but Angelina insists they must stay in Africa until their baby is born.

A source said: “Brad is absolutely beside himself. He’s desperate to take Zahara to the US for medical attention.

“But Angie insists on staying in Africa. It has caused a number of fights between them.”

There are fears it could be a genetic illness — and Angelina may have to contact Zahara’s real mother for medical background.  The source said: “She’s had so many tests, but no one knows what’s wrong.”

Reports are that Jolie could give birth any day - and certainly Brad will want to be there - but if their infant's health is at risk he may have to leave to help her seek treatment.
