Lindsay Lohan is out of her teens.  And while most people's twentieth birthday is pretty uneventful, La Lohan reportedly celebrated big at a beach house in Malibu on Sunday thanks to American magazine Life & Style.

A report from Page Six says the magazine picked up the $100K bill for the bas for exclusive rights to the pictures of the event.

The gossip page reports:

Life & Style magazine paid for Sunday night's bash at the Polaroid Beach House in Malibu, which drew Lohan-lovers Courtney Love, Nicole Richie, Kate Bosworth, Woody Harrelson, Owen Wilson, Jeremy Piven, Eva Mendes, Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Ivanka Trump.

Security shooed away several dozen paparazzi hiding under the house, on the beach or bobbing in boats in the ocean, in order to protect Life & Style's scoop. The snappers missed out on Lohan warbling songs by Madonna and Journey on a karaoke machine and alternating with Dustin Hoffman's son Jake and Samantha Ronson in the deejay booth.

The star had said earlier that she was worried her party could be ruined by the paparazzi so she hinted that she was flying out to the Caribbean.

"I'm going to go away, out of the country and do something fun and different. They won't find me," she told Harper's Bazaar magazine.

"No one can get a picture of you on Turks and Caicos. I go there with my family, and it's the perfect place to go with a guy," she said.
