Rosie O'Donnell: From Ching, Chang Chong to American Idol is Racist

You have to admire Rosie O'Donnell.  The loudmouth host of 'The View' is a do as I say, not as I do kind of gal.  Her latest effort at a desperate reach for ratings is to attack American Idol as racist.  Yes- this is the same buffoon that mocked Asians with a cheap 'ching, chang, chong' rant and then when called on her bigoted attitude told the group to 'get over it'.  But similar to Donald Trump, American idol is slapping back at the resident shock jock.

According to a report from TMZ.Com 'American Idol' executive producer, Nigel Lythgoe, phoned into "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" this morning, and dragged Randy Jackson's plus-size stature into Rosie's latest attempt at publicity.  During the call, Lythgoe called Rosie "utterly crazy" for accusing "Idol" of being racist and "weightest," saying "look at our past contestants, Ruben for instance, Randy Jackson himself…these are not small people!"

Lythgoe added, "Once you get into a situation where you can have a view and then put it on television ... that comes with responsibility and that responsibility is you think before you open your mouth."  Not according to Rosie.  She will also reveal today that she is under treatment for depression.

The hypocrite says that she's been battling depression ever since the Columbine school shootings, and that besides taking antidepressants, she uses "inversion therapy," in which she literally hangs by her feet for 15 to 30 minutes a day. She'll be demonstrating the technique today on "The View."

Of course she openly mocked Miss USA Tara Conner on air when she revealed that she would be seeking treatment for her problems.  What a sad woman.  The interview is here.
