While some fans of Britney Spears now believe that Kevin Federline must have been some sort of miracle worker to keep Britney reasonably on track while balancing his own wild ways, reports now say the pair are not headed for reconciliation. Birthday boy Kevin has had it with the marriage, but he is being a good man and trying to help his former wild child wife.

Now a report from In Touch Weekly claims that the one-time 'Chaotic' couple are headed for divorce, but all of the former rumors of fighting are now gone and the split appears to be on its way to Amicable Avenue. And according to the tease online, that's a fairly good neighborhood for K-Fed.

ITW reports: After weeks of speculation that they might reconcile, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline instead came to an agreement on their divorce settlement - and he stands to make more than $17 million.
They also agreed to share custody of their children, Sean Preston and Jayden James. "They agreed on joint custody," an insider says. "No judge in the world would give Britney sole custody and she knows it. And he loves his kids. He wants a say in what happens to the children."

This is good news for Britney as it is hard to imagine the struggle she would go though if she has to fight it out in the divorce.
