The personal diaries of Anna Nicole, one from 1992 and the other from 1994, have been sold on eBay for just over a half million dollars. The 1992 diary, which has Smith saying, "I hate for men to want sex all the time. I hate sex," was sold for $285,000. The second diary, in which she described about the illness of her husband and talks about a religious awakening, fetched $230,000.

CNN has reported that the buyer of the Anna Nicole Smith diaries was an anonymous German businessman who plans to sell the information contained in the diaries to various media outlets. After selling tidbits of information to the highest-bidding outlets, speculation is that the auction winner will likely resell the diaries before year's end.

Its co-owner Jeff Woolf disclosed that the diaries, were originally found by a person cleaning a house in Los Angeles, where Smith had stayed for a filming schedule, who then sold it to a memorabilia shop on Hollywood Boulevard. The Associated Press notes that the auction company that handled the sale on e-Bay said the "soap opera value" of the diaries could be worth more than $1 million alone, including the rights to publish photos of the pages.

Smith was found dead on Feb. 8 in Hollywood, Florida. The cause of her death is under investigation and the official autopsy report is due to be released at 10:30 am Eastern Time on Monday.
