American Idol Reject Sanjaya Malakar Rips Howard Stern, Worst Website

When earlier reports leaked from the family of Sanjaya Malakar that he was getting a bit fed up with the anti-American idol website Vote for the Worst.Com, the website discounted it as rumors and laughed it off believing that he loved them.  Common sense of course would make one believe that no one wants to be called the 'worst' and now Sanjaya has confirmed it.  He's not thrilled with VFTW or radio shock jock Howard Stern.

When asked by AOL Television "What role do you think Vote for the worst.com or Howard Stern played in your staying power," the Idol castoff replied.  "I don't think that (VFTW) or Howard Stern really have enough people voting for enough times to make a dent. I think the reason why I'm here is solely because of my support from fans."

Malakar, the Ponyhawked Wonder who was given the ax this week, was a constant joke for the shock jock, and the website and Stern urged his listeners to vote for Sanjaya to screw with the "Idol" system -- by intentionally voting for "the worst."

Not to be deterred and now that Sanjaya Malakar has been given the boot -- pasty Phil Stacey now has a web site's dubious honor as the "worst" on "American Idol."

Will he love them?
