Vaughniston fans can rejoice. A report claims that the on-again, off-again couple Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn may be back on. Sources tell Us Weekly Magazine that Vaughn, 37, spent the night at 38-year-old Aniston’s home this weekend on Saturday April 21. The last time a hint of a reconciliation seemed to draw attention was on Jen's birthday in February. At that time Vaughn was a guest at Aniston's 38th birthday party at the Beverly Hills home of her best friend, Courteney Cox.

The actor stayed for about two hours along with guests including Sandra Oh, David Spade, Patricia Arquette and Kathy Najimy. It was reportedly set up by Courteney, but reps denied any romance.

People Magazine noted at the time that Vaughn previously showed his support for his ex at the People's Choice Awards on Jan. 10. They each earned trophies for their romantic comedy The Break-Up, and upon accepting his award, Vaughn thanked Aniston and called her "one of the great people in Hollywood."
The two began dating in the summer of 2005 while filming The Break-Up. UsMagazine.com has a poll and wants to know "Was it a platonic sleepover or a romantic rendezvous?"
