Britney Spears back up dancers looked better than she did. But Britney is taking a lead from her pal Justin Timberlake and really wants to bring 'Sexy Back' into her on stage performances as she made it to the stage last night in California. Britney strutted her stuff onstage late Tuesday wearing nothing more than knee-high go-go boots with a short white skirt and a sparkly pink bra top.

The Associated Press reports that she launched a short set with her classic "Baby One More Time,'' using a cafe chair as a burlesque prop while she pranced around the small club stage backed up by four dancers.

A stripped down Britney Spears showed up to her first mini-concert at the San Diego House of Blues last night, performing "Breathe on Me," while writhing in a sparkly bra and mini-mini-skirt around a lucky guy plucked from the audience. The Britster appeared to lip-sync the number, as four other skimpily-clad dancers surrounded the seated man. It's being reported on several fan sites that the man is Brit's latest boy-toy Howie Day.

The concert received mixed reviews as it was reported that Britney didn't even really sing. "It looked like she lip-synched her way through the whole thing,'' said a disappointed Morgan Segall, 20, who flew in from San Francisco for the night.
