Speculation is flying that pop tart and actress Jessica Simpson has designs on Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo. He is one half of the newly public country couple as he and Carrie Underwood 'came out' officially at the Academy of County Music Awards earlier this year after rumors of a relationship kept gossips busy.
Now Jessica is supposedly moving in on Romo as her relationship with guitarist John Mayer has either stalled or may be completely kaput. But - a new report claims that Carrie and Tony may be serious.

In Touch Weekly notes that though they’ve only been dating for about six months, Carrie may be thinking about marrying Romo. The former American Idol winner - who wore a Badgley Mischka dress at the Academy of County Music Awards in Las Vegas on May 15 - (the aforementioned coming out party) also tried on several of the designer’s wedding gowns at a private fitting in LA, says the insider.
Take that Jessica. "Carrie would love to marry Tony," an insider tells the weekly entertainment magazine. “They’ve been talking about getting engaged and it’s probably going to be soon.”
