Paris Hilton is out of jail and back on the streets of Los Angeles. The dog toting socialite was sentenced to 23 days for a probation violation that originally stemmed from a DUI and there was much debate as to how much time she would spend in jail due to overcrowding. Now it seems like it will be less than four days. She was released this morning on some sort of deal, AOL Celebrity website TMZ is reporting.

At least she was in longer than Michelle Rodriguez. According to the news room at TMZ. They have learned that Paris Hilton has not only had her sentence cut short, she is already out of jail. Citing "unimpeachable" sources the report claims that the deal was sealed yesterday and that Hilton made her exit early this morning.

She was originally sentenced to 45 days in jail, but that was reduced to 23. She served a total of three days. The LA County Sheriff's Department will hold a news conference in an hour to discuss what went down. It has been reported that Paris was struggling behind bars, crying and not sleeping.
She was recently visited by her physiatrist. It is not yet known what type of probation arrangement has been reached, but for now Paris is a free woman.
