Brad Pitt looks like he had plastic surgery, the cover of In Touch Weekly notes this week. The weekly entertainment magazine promises that a cosmetic surgeon will weigh in on why Brad Pitt suddenly looks so different. Is it to stay younger for gal pal Angelina Jolie? Not likely and it seems more than a bit out of character for the rugged Pitt.

Most of the comments when he attended his last two red carpet premieres for his film "Ocean's 13" and Jolie's film "A Mighty Heart" were about how old he looked. Even die hard Brangelina fans were observing that he had a "tired" look and seemingly needed a nap.

Hey he does have four kids and seems to be the main parent for them while Angelina is always working. And there is all that travel. It should be interesting to see what kind of comments the doctor can comes up with. Maybe he just needs some actual sack time with Jolie.
She earlier famously complained that the bedroom is boring and likely will be unto the pair are old and the kids are gone. The 32-year-old once really hot actress recently told Marie Claire that precious Mommy and Daddy moments are hard to come by these days, "Everybody needs individual time. Shiloh has our attention when the others are at school. Mad stays up the latest, so he gets the nighttime. During the day, I'll go for a walk or do something specific with Pax or Z...We're working on it; we're working on it.
