Neil Patrick Harris Moves In With Boyfriend

Doogie is out and now his boyfriend is moving in.  Just nine months after coming out, "How I Met Your Mother" star Neil Patrick Harris, 34, is taking another huge step- shaking up with actor boyfriend David Burtka, 32, Star Magazine reports. "I have been in my other place for seven years, so it's time to step it up," Neil told Star at a Television Critics Association event in L.A. on July 19.

"It's a big boys' house," he adds about the Studio City, Calif. Home he recently purchased.  While the house is undergoing a complete renovation, Neil, who just scored his fried Emmy nomination for his hilarious portrayal of womanizer Barney Stinson on the hit CBS comedy, recently returned from a 20-day vacation in Italy with David, who recently appeared on the Fox reality series On the Lot.

"We went from Belagio to Cenice to Lucca, then Florence and Rome- it totally blistered my feet," says Neil of last month's trip. "To be in Italy, with all the food and the people and the architecture, but then also to have all the background of water in Venice was extraordinary."
