Why would anyone want Britney Spears or Paris Hilton around their kids? Surely many young mothers would recoil at the thought of either of the Hollywood starlets giving a child of any age anything to look up to. Brit is involved in a custody battle with her ex hubby K-Fed and every Internet poll available claims that she should give up the kids to K-Fed. Paris has no kids, but still at least one baby momma says - stay away!

According to an eavesdropping TMZ source notes that Arizona Cardinal's QB Matt Leinart and the mother of his kid Brynn Cameron are trying to settle up on custody and since Leinart has sucked face with both Britney and Paris their names emerged in the case.

In the courtroom hallway today, a TMZ staffer heard Brynn say, "Britney and Paris aren't allowed to be around the baby!" We're told that's not part of the custody settlement.

Tmz reports, "As far as we know, Leinart has had no recent contact with either woman." But he was once spotted doing the walk of shame out of Hilton's houise and was canoodling with Britney in Arizona.
