The battle lines are being drawn as Britney Spears and Kevin Federline prepare for what may be a nasty child custody war. Life & Style Weekly is now reporting that even her immediate family is now supporting Kevin. Brit's sister, Jamie Lynn, is deeply frustrated and she is set to bail on Britney.

The little sister is extremely upset that Britney hasn't cleaned up her act since leaving rehab. On Aug. 9, the insider says, she called her big sister to tell Brit she'd brought Kevin's actions upon herself. "Jamie Lynn sobbed, 'You wanted those babies, and look what you're doing! I'm glad Kevin's going to take them!'"

One report from X17 Online has an interview with "Jeff" a Britney insider and he claims that Britney is not worried. He says she knows no one around her has evidence or proof of her doing anything negative that would make her an unfit mother because she has been nothing but a responsible, loving mom. According to Jeff: "Anyone close to Britney knows that she's an angel when it comes to being a mom and a friend."

That might not really work in court. Of course it appears that both Britney and Jeff are a bit out of touch with reality. "Britney is very clever. She's a seasoned celebrity veteran, if anyone knows how the press spins stories, its Britney. Get it straight people, Britney doesn't go out when her kids are home!! Come on, she has shared custody there is half the week when she's not with her kids! The press needs to quit being so ignorant at times. If you had 50 cameras and cameramen hovering around you, inches away from you at all times, pushing and shoving, wardrobe malfunctions are bound to happen."
