Jennifer and Owen were already announced as co-stars for the comedy "Marley & Me" and the film is to be based on the John Grogan best seller about a persistent Labrador retriever. But what now with Owen's problems? Star Magazine is reporting that it might be an issue.

Star reports: As Owen Wilson seeks treatment for reported drug abuse and a failed suicide attempt on Aug. 26, Jennifer Aniston may need to line up a new costar for the film adaption of the best-seller.

"It will be tough to [insure] him right now," a Hollywood producer tells Star. "A big studio may not want to take the chance that he could slip again. They may have no choice but to recast him."

Cue the rep™: Right now, a rep for the studio, 20th Century Fox, is saying, "It's a totally inappropriate question when all our thoughts and concerns are with his health and well-being." But on Aug. 28, it was announced that Owen dropped out of BFF Ben Stiller's comedy Tropic Thunder, which was to start filming in two weeks.
