Will Britney Spears try to revive her career with a Playboy photo shoot? Five years ago, "Playboy" offered the then-high-flying singer a whopping $2 million to doff her duds. But with her star power fading – and two children later – a naked Brit's worth just $400,000 to the magazine, insiders tell the National Enquirer in a published report.
Britney Spears Furious: Big Payday Reject from Playboy
"It's amazing what damage five years, 20 pounds, and two kids can do to a girl's asking price," said a source close to the "Toxic" singer. An insider added: "Britney is truly delusional if she thinks anyone is going to pay giant bucks to see her nude. She's already bared too much flesh for free while out partying for that to happen."

No kidding and how much airbrushing would the shoot take? Britney's asking price is rumored to be in the seven figures – and that's more than "Playboy" chief Hugh Hefner is willing to pay, sources say. "There was a time when Hef might have been willing to pony up, but that time has long passed," a source said.
There had earlier reports that Heff had rejected Britney's request altogether. After her awful performance at the NTV VMA's it will be interesting to see if any men's mag will have her. She has had some cover shots of late, but those have been touched up to the max to bring back the sexy Britney.
