One time American idol star Jennifer Hudson faced reports that she was behaving like a diva after snagging an Oscar for her performance in Dreamgirls.  They seemed to be never ending for a bit and among the mist humorous was a report that her appearance at a Starbucks meeting was canceled after she presented them with a string of extravagant demands, including having baked chicken wings for breakfast.

Now as she has made her way to the set of the big screen version of "Sex and the City" charges of more diva like behavior is dogging the Oscar winner.  The Enquirer is reporting that after landing a coveted role as Carrie Bradshaw's assistant in the upcoming flick the "Dreamgirls" star refused to sign on the dotted line unless producers surrendered the same perks package as stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon!

Mike Walker has the details: "When the singer huffed that she's "an Academy Award-winning actress" and the others are not, producers tersely reminded Jennifer-Come Lately that the star quartet are major TV icons who made "Sex" the hottest thing since…sex!"

Jennifer was told:  "Park your perk list and take it the way it's offered… or leave it!"  So, did Ms. Oscar walk?  Uh - no.  She's hanging around, and many believe she should.
