Zanessa may be rallying the wagons with family. There have been reports that Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron were stumbling through a very difficult time in their relationship brought on by a seemingly never ending slowly developing photo scandal. The pair went out of sight for a bit but recently emerged smiling and together in Los Angeles.

Was that trip out designed to squelch the speculation and rumors that were rampant that the pair had split or just a random trip to take Zac's new Audi out for a spin? Earlier pics of the pair were less than flattering and had showed them looking gloomy.

So what's next for the couple - and where do they turn for support? Perhaps mom. Vanessa's wonderfully supportive mother Gina Guangco has stood by her daughter through the whole ordeal. And just weeks after her photo scandal broke the mom of the High School Musical star made a coffee run with her daughter in show of support.

Vanessa and her mom, Gina Guangco, dashed to Coffee Bean in LA on September 21 and the buzz is that she is there for her daughter and Zac and is giving them support any way she can. The photos are here of Zac and Vanessa's weekend jaunt out of the house and fans will be pleased. The look very happy together.
