At least that is the general consensus from everyone that saw the sexy singer on stage when a wardrobe malfunction revealed a new J-Lo curve and what appears to be a very prominent Jennifer Lopez baby bump. Or a really, really big meal. Fear not Lopez fans - she's with child reports claim. Jennifer Lopez, 38, is set to announce her impending motherhood during her Madison Square Garden concert in NYC on October 7. More importantly — La Lopez has a bigger surprise up her sleeve - she's having twins, reports OK! Magazine.

"Jennifer is having twins, and she's over the moon about it," a source close to the singer reveals exclusively to OK!. "She is absolutely glowing with happiness. She's spending time relaxing with Marc and enjoying being pregnant, which is something she has always wanted."

The photos are here and an onlooker at the concert in Uncasville, Connecticut, told the New York Post: "A definitive baby bump was there. She was very quick to push down her top. "Then she talked about how this year is full of firsts for her - and every so often her dress would fly up and you would see her belly." Sources close to the star say she is expected to announce her first pregnancy at her New York concert in Madison Square Garden this weekend.

In Touch Weekly magazine reported that Lopez was three months pregnant in mid-September. Fashion Week observers were all buzzing about her loose fitting tops, though Lopez's form-fitting outfit at the Fashion Rocks benefit confounded people for a while.
