There may be a Britney Spears tape floating around that was taken without her knowledge. In the home video Britney is allegedly going at it with an unnamed man in Hawaii. Reports claim Britney is frightened that the release would that seal the deal and give K-Fed full and complete custody if that is the case? In Touch Weekly reported this week that a man had contacted them and he was on the video as well and the only thing stopping him from releasing the tape was the thought that his performance was sub-par.

While some reports have claimed that Britney is wild and over the top with the man, he says the tape is fairly tame and is about twenty-five minutes in length. But Britney is reportedly fearful that the tape will ruin her with a judge and show her as an unfit parent. It is still not known who the man is or if he really has the tape or if he will try to sell it.

According to the weekly entertainment magazine the man said, "It was a little disappointing. It lasted for about 25 minutes and then we passed out." The man said he was living on Hawaii's Big Island when Spears visited there in June. He claims he left his camera rolling as they hooked up in a bungalow at the Four Seasons hotel on the Kona-Kohala Coast on June 7.

He reportedly met the troubled mother-of-two in the hotel bar at 1am and they partied together in her room. Britney is in an all out struggle to keep her kids and a judge recently handed over the children to her ex Kevin Federline. Britney then didn't show up for the next court hearing and later missed her first supervised visitation with the children.
