In a tragic accident, the son of "Bold and Beautiful's" Hunter Tylo (Taylor) and her ex-husband Michael Tylo (formerly Quint on "Guiding Light") drowned in a pool at the home in Las Vegas he shared with his mother and siblings. The drowning death has been ruled accidental.

Michael Tylo Jr. was pronounced dead at 11:55 p.m. on Thursday, according to the Clark County Coroner. Tylo apparently fell into the pool following some sort of medical event. A family spokesperson states that the young man was at the house with his older stepbrother, Christopher, and was believed to have suffered a seizure and fallen into the pool after stepping outside the home to use his cell phone.
Though Tylo had no known history of substance abuse, toxicology tests are being run. The coroner's office states that this is standard procedure in this type of situation. Results of the tests will not be available for several weeks.
In 1998, Hunter and her then-husband Michael were told that their infant daughter, Katya, had a rare form of cancer called retinoblastoma in her right eye. Young Katya's eye was removed, and she underwent chemotherapy. Later that year, Katya also developed tumors in her other eye, but the tumors miraculously disappeared.
Another sister, Isabella, also survives Michael Jr.

"One Life to Live" star Nathaniel Marston (Michael McBain) was arrested this weekend after an alleged assault in which he wielded a metal crate and attacked three bystanders in Manhattan. The actor was taken into police custody, admitted to the hospital for observations and later released.
The arrest stems from an incident that took place on Sunday, Oct. 21 at 4:50 a.m. near 45th Street and 10th Avenue in Manhattan. Marston exited a cab and began arguing with the cab driver. The 32-year-old actor, who plays a doctor on "One Life to Live," is then said to have assaulted three people, breaking one man's leg.
Police were called to the scene and determined that Marston appeared to be under the influence of narcotics, possibly cocaine. Marston reportedly resisted arrest. Also injured in the scuffle was New York City Police Officer Sean Turner.
Marston was charged with multiple accounts of assault in the second degree, menacing in the second degree, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest. Ten of the 11 charges against Marston are class D violent felonies under New York criminal code. Each charge carries a maximum of seven years of jail time. Judge John Cataldo released him without bail.
The actor tells a different story. "I was attacked by three people," Marston explains, adding he "was happy to see the police" and "was mistakenly taken into custody as the attacker." Marston is scheduled to appear in criminal court on Feb. 4, 2008.
A spokesperson for "One Life to Live" said, "We're conducting our own internal review."
